LWMC Mega Eid Campaign

IBEX Global employees work 24*7 round the year in order to serve the customers to the best of their abilities. During Eid-ul-Adha*, employees have to be more active and attentive towards customers as the call volume is three times more than the usual. This Eid, LWMC special campaign “Clean Lahore” was active from 1st September to 4th September, in which Customer Support Executives (CSEs’) answered almost 17000 calls under the supervision of Usman Kifayat – Operations Supervisor for which they were appreciated by the Senior Management and the Client. Moreover, the Mayor Lahore visited IBEX premises, interacted with the CSEs and appreciated the zeal and zest with which they were serving the customers during Eid holidays.

It is a true example of team work where both units of IBEX & LWMC worked as a team in assuring customers got the best services. The production floor was especially decorated vibrantly to bring the festive feel alive for the team at work. Also, LWMC logo caps and t-shirts were distributed amongst all the employees participating in the mega event of LWMC. To boost up the morale and for enhancing the productivity of our LWMC Team, Muhammad Haseeb - CIQ Supervisor & Sadia Muhammad Khan- Quality Advisor from the CIQ team, organized various competitions such as Call Handling Master, Lowest AHT Achiever, Soft Skill Star & Maximum Complaint handling and awarded prizes to all the winners as a token of appreciation.

In recognition of the hard work of Usman Kifayat and his team members, a small ceremony was organized by their line Manager Umair Butt- AM Operations along with the HR Team, where they were awarded special appreciation letters. The ceremony was hosted by Sadia Muhammad Khan – CIQ Advisor. From the Management side, Maheen Fatima – VP HR, Ali Adnan – Sr. Manager CIQ, Faisal Siddiqui – Sr. Manager Operations, Umair Butt – Asst. Manager Operations, Sikandar Khan – Asst. Manager HR, Ahmed Mujtaba – HR Business Leader, Muhammad Haseeb - CIQ Supervisor along with the other team members graced the event. They appreciated the efforts of the CSEs and encouraged them to work hard in the future as well. Hi - Tea was organized for all the attendees to celebrate success together.
